How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?
Standard shipping (Australia-wide): 7–14 business days (FREE).
Express shipping: 4–8 business days (this is a paid option available for selection at checkout).

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's website to follow its journey.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please see our full Refund Policy page for details on exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage and your order number within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll immediately arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
